Surgery and expo 6.30 - 7.00pm
Talk informally with a range of key council officers - including Councillors and Directors - over a drink and a sandwich. There will be stalls on:
- The Westminster Abbey and Parliament Square and Westminster Cathedral Draft Conservation Area Audits
- The Issues and Options Report for the new Noise Strategy
- Equalities Patient Profiling in General Practice
- Westminster's One Stop Services
MyWard debates 7.00 - 8.00pm
- These are your opportunity to discuss your issues and priorities with your ward councillors face-to-face. You will be able to talk through your suggestions and ideas, ask your councillors questions and find out their initial plans for spending the budget. Your ward councillors will already have some ideas on spending their new ward budget of £100,000 but want your views.
- Feedback 8.00 - 8.15pm
- At 8pm each ward will feedback to the main group to share the ideas and issues that have been raised.
Open Forum 8.15 - 8.30pm
- You can make additional points to the Forum and also ask any question, the Council Officers and Councillors present will do their best to answer.
Small drinks reception 8.30pm
We hope you will be able to join us for this small drinks reception and take the opportunity for a further chance to speak to an Officer or Councillor.

.. would like to invite you to a lunchtime get-together for families living in temporary accommodation

It can be lonely when your accommodation is insecure. Come and meet other people in the same situation.
For the launch of this monthly group we will provide refreshments, toys and games for your children. Come and tell us what you would like to do in this group on the first session. We can provide housing advice, information on the bidding system, parenting advice, craft activities. What ideas do you have?
