The Tell a Friend (TAF) project was founded by the Metropolitan Police, CLASH and Kairos in Soho. It is a new concept in partnership working to try and address the under-reporting of crime within the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community of Westminster.
The TAF acts on the information received in the TAF booklets. These booklets are comprised of self reporting forms set up to encourage people to report incidents or crimes as a third party, anonymously, or with someone to help.
