Mouchel Parkman are contracted to City West Homes to manage Soho and Covent Garden Estate properties, around 16 blocks in total.

As well as general management and the investigation of complaints, the estate office is responsible for rent management and collection, maintenance of internal and external communal areas and internal flat repairs.
