Homes with Intermediate and Market Rents

Soho Housing have homes to let (on Assured Shorthold tenancies) in Soho and Covent Garden.

If you are interested in renting at full market rent please contact: The Housing Team 020 7557 7400 housing@sohoha.org.uk

If you are interested in renting at Intermediate rent you need to match the following criteria: • A Household’s total income must be less than £60,000 and applicants must be unable to afford to buy a suitable property on the open market without assistance. • Applicants must be able to afford the rent without further assistance e.g. Housing Benefit applicants do not qualify. • Priority will be given to those with established links to the Soho / Covent Garden area
